Medical Visits are Same-Day and by Appointment
Appointments are available via Telehealth (Zoom or Phone Sessions) as well as some
Limited In-Person Appointments. Limited Appointments will be offered during Student
Service Hours: Tuesdays 9am-4pm, Wednesdays 9am-4pm, and Thursdays 9am-4pm. Telehealth
will be available M-F during the hours listed below. Please call our office for more

Personal Counseling visits are made by appointment only. Medical Visits are Same-Day and by Appointment only. Please call or walk-in to schedule an appointment at the number listed bellow. It is our policy that we do not make appointments via email. Please bring your Student ID card for your appointment.
Are you under 18?
If you are under 18 you will need to fill out a minor consent form with the parent or guardian signature for medical services. You do not need parental consent for counseling services. Download the form here.
